Its always fun when you know the people you are photographing. I spent last weekend down in San Diego photographing my best friend Shannon and her Fiance Ian. They couldn’t decide where they wanted to have their photos taken so we just decided to head downtown SD and see what we see. Here are just a few of the many shots we took!
Hey Everyone.
This past February I decided I wanted to take part in my first Nautica Malibu Triathlon this September. I am not only doing this for my own personal goal but also to raise money for Childrens Hospital. As part of running in the race we have committed to raising money for Childrens Hospital. I am looking for people to take the time out of their day and just wonder what it would be like if you had a brother, sister, cousin, friend, uncle, aunt, mom, or dad that might be in the same situation that these young children are going through in Childrens Hospital. You can make a difference by making a donation so that this kids can get the care they need.
Please if you can make any donation it would greatly be appreciated. These kids need every little bit of help they can get.
Take a few minutes out of you day and watch a few of these videos and you will get a feeling of what these kids go through on a daily basis and where your money will be going.
I am asking if you can make a minimum donation of $20 but any donation that you can make will make a difference in the care for these children’s as well as the continued research to cure cancer.
Thank you for taking the time read this and watch the videos. Your time and donation is really appreciated.
This year has been picking up really fast for the wedding season. Shooting my first 2010 wedding this weekend!!! I have had the privilege to get to know Heidi, John and their family in such a short time. After getting a call three weeks ago they told me they were getting married in three short weeks. GREAT!! I can’t wait for the big day. Here are a few images from their engagement session.
I was going through some of my images and I realized I had not posted any of these pictures. I really enjoyed photographing this family and I just wanted to share. We were lucky we did this shoot when we did because had it been two weeks later it would have been too late. They now have two beautiful girls.
The past few months I have started to get the bug for traveling. A close friend, my brother and I decided to take a long weekend out to Montreal instead of the normal trip to Vegas or the beach. We had a blast walking around the city and experiencing the life of a Quebecer. I would have to say it is really interesting being in a city that greets you with “Bonjour” and “Hello” at the same time and asks if you need a French or English menu. If you are a pizza fan I would recommend taking a trip to Montreal. Pizza in Montreal is fantastic and people in Montreal are really nice. Every person we conversed with was extremely nice and prideful of their city. Even if their english was not great, they would go out of their way to thank us for visiting Montreal all the way from Los Angeles. Apparently not very many people visit Montreal from LA.
I just want to take the time and congratulate my brother on a job well done. He just graduated from Woodbury University with the second highest GPA and the top 1% in the nation. Your hard work is paying off bro. I couldn’t be more excited for you. This is just the beginning.
It was a pleasure working with everyone from Cool Globes yesterday at Exposition Park. The event went really well. Special thanks to everyone from Cool Globes, Exposition Park, Sony, Governor Schwarzenegger, Mayor Villaraigosa, and everyone else who contributed!
